Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of choiee.com and any course enquiry you submit through it. The website is operated by SimpliTech ("Choiee", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Choiee is a trading name of SimpliTech, based in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can contact us at support@choiee.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry. If a course participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit and manage the enquiry on their behalf and will be responsible for compliance with these Terms.

3. What the website offers

The website provides information about Choiee's trekking, snowboarding, and survival-skills courses and lets you send a course enquiry.

Submitting the enquiry form is a request to be contacted — it is not a booking, a reservation, or a binding contract. A course is only confirmed once the Choiee team has replied and agreed the details (route, dates, ratio, and price) with you in writing.

Course descriptions, schedules, photographs, and prices on the website are for general guidance and may change. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website are per person, indicative, and set for the stated year. Actual prices depend on the route, season, group size, and coaching ratio, and are confirmed by the team when we contact you.

There is no online payment on the website. Any payment terms, deposits, and cancellation or refund conditions are agreed separately with the Choiee team before a course is confirmed.

5. Assumption of risk and your responsibilities

Trekking, snowboarding, and survival-skills activities take place outdoors and carry inherent risks, including changing weather and terrain, physical exertion, and the possibility of injury. Choiee scouts routes, prepares and safety-checks gear, and provides experienced guides, but risk cannot be eliminated.

You are responsible for accurately disclosing any medical condition, injury, allergy, or fitness limitation relevant to a course when we contact you, for having appropriate personal insurance, and for following your guide's instructions during a course. We may decline or stop a participant's involvement on reasonable safety grounds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to: submit false, misleading, or another person's details; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems; introduce malware; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as expressly permitted; or use the website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, and photographs are owned by SimpliTech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use.

Blog article text is made available for citation by AI search tools with attribution, as described in our /llms.txt file. This does not grant any right to republish, resell, or reproduce our content in full, or to use our brand or images without permission.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the information you send us through the enquiry form. You grant us a licence to use that information to respond to and manage your enquiry. You confirm the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or any law.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or embed third-party services (for example maps and social media). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

10. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current.

This section does not affect any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website is limited to VND 2,000,000.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website, except to the extent caused by us.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may change the website or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The courts of Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there where the law allows.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website.
